Ramazan Öztürk, born in Rize in 1969, has held Chairman and Board Member
positions in numerous companies spanning multiple industries for more than four
decades. In addition to these core operations, his business interests extend to fuel
station management, hydroelectric and solar power generation, and industrial
investments. Since 2023, Mr. Öztürk has been serving as the Chairman of the Board
of Nakkaş Holding, which consolidates all of his companies under a single corporate
structure, reinforcing a unified and strategic vision for sustainable growth.

Graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University, Mehmet Ali
İslamoğlu was born in Rize in 1979. Following senior-level positions at the Ministry of
Treasury and Finance and the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), he held
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles in various private sector companies. Since
November 2023, he has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nakkaş Holding A.Ş.

Born in Istanbul in 1977, Bilal Aluçlu holds a degree in Business Administration from
the Faculty of Social Sciences at Istanbul University. He is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) and has over 25 years of senior financial management experience
across various industries including Oil & Gas, Education, Textiles, Manufacturing, and
Food. He has been serving within the Group for the past 10 years and, as of January
2024, holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Nakkaş Holding A.Ş.
