Nakkaş Holding has become the main shareholder of Türk Ytong, one of Turkey’s well-established and innovative building material manufacturers, by acquiring its controlling shares.
In a statement made by Nakkaş Holding as part of the share transfer process, it was shared that with this significant acquisition, the goal is to further advance Türk Ytong with its strong production infrastructure, annual production capacity of 2 million cubic meters, and five modern facilities. It was emphasized that this new synergy will strengthen Türk Ytong’s sectoral leadership and enable even more innovative steps to be taken in the future.
